Position Overview

Vraj Group is looking for dynamic Sales Professionals to drive residential property sales. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer meetings to booking closures and post\-sales coordination, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

Sales \& Business Development

  • Generate and qualify leads through referrals, digital platforms, channel partners, and walk\-ins.
  • Conduct project presentations, property tours, and client meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long\-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with CRM, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth documentation and payment processing.

Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and bookings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Keep updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • *Requirements**
  • Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Customer\-focused, self\-motivated, and target\-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month

Experience

  • Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Real estate sales: 4 years (Required)
