Job Summary

Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited is looking for an experienced **MIS \& Billing Manager** to oversee project MIS, contractor and client billing, cost control, budgeting, revenue tracking, and management reporting for high\-rise residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in construction billing, project costing, ERP systems, and advanced Excel, while ensuring accurate reporting and timely coordination across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for senior management.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flows, revenue, WIP (Work\-in\-Progress), and profitability.
• Process and verify Contractor RA Bills, Client Bills, and Subcontractor Bills.
• Verify BOQs, work measurements, work completion certificates, and billing documentation.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Contracts, Procurement, Accounts, and Project Teams for billing and project updates.
• Prepare project cost analysis, budget variance reports, and profitability reports.
• Track project progress against approved budgets and project schedules.
• Maintain project billing records, documentation, and MIS databases.
• Ensure timely invoice generation, payment reconciliation, and billing approvals.
• Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.
• Monitor project\-wise revenue recognition and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, billing procedures, and company policies.
• Support statutory, internal, and external audits by maintaining accurate records.
• Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum **10 years of experience** in MIS and Billing within **High\-Rise Residential Construction** projects.
• Strong understanding of:
