SERVICE ENGINEER -TRAINING MANAGER

Prepare the annual technical training calendar in consultation with the Technical Director, Operations Manager, Portfolio Managers, senior project engineers and other functional heads

Schedule, publish and track all training sessions; confirm trainer and trainee availability and resolve clashes with project and service commitments

Coordinate with HR on new\-joiner induction, training attendance records and training\-linked appraisals

Arrange training venue, demo panels, detectors, test equipment, consumables and training material at the Boisar centre Conduct classroom and hands\-on training for service engineers, project engineers and field technicians on Det\-Tronics, Autronica, Marioff and Eaton fire \& gas detection systems — installation, configuration, calibration, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting Deliver refresher and advanced sessions on loop checking, panel programming, detector alignment and calibration, FAT procedures and site safety practices (permit\-to\-work, LOTO) Support client operator and maintenance training at project handover, on request from Projects or Services

Coordinate with OEM partners (Det\-Tronics, Autronica, Marioff, Eaton) for certified product training, train\-the\-trainer programmes and access to OEM training content Maintain a register of product certifications held by each engineer and technician, and flag renewals

Develop training modules, presentations, hands\-on exercises, checklists and reference guides for each system and task Maintain training records, attendance, assessment scores and certificates for all technical staff Build a library of product manuals, datasheets, technical bulletins and SOP's for trainee use

Assess trainees through written tests and practical evaluations; report results and competency gaps to the Technical Director

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
