Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Senior QA/QC Engineer** to oversee and manage quality assurance and quality control activities across our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction works, materials, and processes comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement **QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality standards** for construction projects.
• Monitor quality of civil and structural works at various stages of construction.
• Inspect **RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, and finishing works**.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out as per **approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards**.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues and deviations.
• Prepare and maintain **Inspection Requests (IR), Inspection \& Test Plans (ITP), checklists, and quality records**.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality\-related issues.
• Review construction drawings and specifications to identify potential quality concerns before execution.
• Monitor and verify the quality of **construction materials** received at site.
• Coordinate with laboratories for **concrete, steel, soil, and other material testing**.
• Monitor **cube testing, slump tests, reinforcement inspections, and other required quality tests**.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of test reports and inspection records.
• Raise and follow up on **Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs)** and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct **quality audits and internal inspections** at project sites.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications.
• Ensure proper implementation of **method statements and quality control procedures**.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly **QA/QC reports**.
• Maintain quality documentation, test reports, inspection records, and approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and obtain necessary approvals.
• Identify recurring quality issues and recommend corrective measures.
• Ensure proper quality control during **pre\-handover and snagging activities**.
• Support project teams in achieving required quality, safety, and project completion targets.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in **Civil Engineering**.
• **5–10 years of relevant experience** in building / high\-rise construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Good understanding of **RCC, structural, architectural, and finishing works**.
• Knowledge of relevant **IS codes, specifications, and construction practices**.
• Experience in preparing QA/QC documentation and quality reports.
• Strong site inspection and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage QA/QC activities at a project site.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in **high\-rise residential / commercial building projects**.
• Knowledge of **ITP, Method Statements, MIR, IR, NCR, WIR, checklists, and quality documentation**.
• Good knowledge of concrete and material testing procedures.
• Ability to identify construction defects and recommend practical solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and preparation of quality reports.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
