1\. Job Summary

Navera Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to produce high\-quality video content showcasing our construction projects, residential developments, company activities, and brand identity. The candidate should have strong videography, camera handling, video editing, and storytelling skills.

2\. Roles \& Responsibilities

• Shoot high\-quality videos of construction projects, completed properties, model apartments, and ongoing site activities.
• Create promotional videos, project walkthroughs, corporate videos, and customer testimonial videos.
• Handle professional cameras, mobile shooting equipment, gimbals, drones, and other video production equipment.
• Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, Facebook videos, and other social media content.
• Capture project progress, construction milestones, events, and company activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative video concepts.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, sound quality, and visual presentation.
• Develop creative video storytelling to promote Navera Builders' projects and brand.
• Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and media archives.
• Travel to project sites and other locations as required for video shoots.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of all assigned video projects.

3\. Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Videography, Cinematography, Media Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience in professional videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of camera settings, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
• Experience creating social media videos and promotional content.
• Knowledge of drone videography will be an added advantage.
• Creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio or showreel of previous work is required.

4\. Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing preferred.
• Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or interior videography will be an added advantage.

• Quality and creativity of video content.
• Timely completion of video shoots and editing assignments.
• Consistency of social media video content.
• Visual presentation of construction projects.
• Engagement and reach of published video content.
• Effective coordination with the marketing team.

7\. Preferred Candidate Profile

A creative, energetic, and detail\-oriented professional with a passion for videography, editing, and visual storytelling, capable of presenting Navera Builders' projects and brand in a professional and engaging manner.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
