URGENT HIRING \| US IT RECRUITER

• *Location:** Noida, Sector 63
• *Experience:** 1–5 Years
• *Salary:** As per market standards \+ Lucrative Incentives

We are looking for talented, passionate, and result\-oriented **US IT Recruiters** to join our growing team at **ConvexTech!**

Key Requirements

• Hands\-on experience in US IT Staffing \& Recruitment.
• Experience working with Implementation Partners.
• Good knowledge of W2, 1099 \& C2C hiring models.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting IT consultants.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the complete US recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end US IT recruitment.
• Source and screen qualified IT consultants.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners.
• Handle W2, 1099, and C2C requirements.
• Manage candidate submissions, interviews, and follow\-ups.
