• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Handle Queries through Whatsapp Chat and Calls
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to client queries and escalations.
• Ability to convert the leads into sales and follow up them till delivery of the product
• Good Communication Skills required
• **Must speak Hindi or English effectively**

• *Cross\-Functional Collaboration**

• Work closely with Sales, Tech, and Operations teams to resolve recurring client pain points.
• Escalate product or tech\-related issues quickly with clear documentation.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹16,000\.00 per month

Education

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience

• Customer support: 1 year (Required)

Language

• English Well enough to handle the chats and calls (Required)
• Hindi (Preferred)
