Tele Calling Executive

To excel in this role, you must be able to switch effortlessly between **fluent English and Hindi**, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone at all times.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• **Language Proficiency:** Absolute fluency in both verbal and written **English** and **Hindi** (this will be tested during the interview process).
• **Communication Skills:** Clear pronunciation, active listening skills, and a polite telephone etiquette.
• **Experience:** 0–2 years of experience in a call center, customer support, telesales, or a front\-facing role is preferred (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome to apply!).
• **Tech Savvy:** Familiarity with basic computer applications, MS Office.
