• *URGENT HIRING \| HR EXECUTIVE**

Achyutam Technology is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our growing team.

• *Position:** HR Executive
• *Experience:** 0–1\+ Years
• *Salary:** ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• *Location:** Mansarovar, Jaipur (Rajat Path)
• *Work Mode:** Work From Office (WFO)
• *Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring processes.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and attendance.
• Assist in HR operations and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with management and employees for daily HR activities.

• *Requirements:**

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Freshers with a keen interest in HR are welcome.
