US IT Recruiter

• *About the role**

\- Full\-time opportunity in Talent Acquisition / US Staffing, working US shift hours to source, evaluate and place engineering and technology talent across North America.

\- Recruitment covers IT and software, mechanical design, electrical, electronics, embedded systems, civil, structural and allied engineering disciplines.

• *Key responsibilities**

\- Source active and passive candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional forums and internal pipelines.

\- Analyse technical job requirements to identify relevant skills, domain expertise and delivery timelines.

\- Review resumes and conduct structured telephone screenings covering technical tools, certifications, communication, availability, compensation expectations and work authorisation.

\- Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, gather feedback and maintain engagement through offers and onboarding.

\- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), meeting service\-level commitments.

\- Submit well\-screened candidates to account managers and client teams within agreed turnaround times.

• *Requirements**

\- Minimum 6 months of hands\-on recruitment or technical sourcing experience.

\- Ability to understand engineering terminology, specifications, tools and project scopes across core engineering and software domains.

\- Excellent written and spoken English with a professional, confident telephone manner.

\- Familiarity with Boolean search, keyword mapping, resume database queries and applicant screening.

\- Exposure to US recruitment lifecycles, W2/C2C/1099 tax terms and US visa categories is preferred.

\- Availability to work US shift hours.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
