Job Description
- End\-to\-end implementation process of software for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding experience.
- Conduct training sessions for users to understand and utilize functionalities, providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, offering ongoing support and addressing their queries or concerns.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software performance, providing timely feedback and solutions to users.
- Identify areas for process improvement during the implementation phase and suggest enhancements for operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of each implementation, client feedback, and suggestions for future product improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
