Dr. Aravind's IVF and Fertility Center is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team.

Eligibility \& Requirements

• Freshers to 3 years of experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• **Immediate joiners preferred.**

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls.
• Explain services and provide basic information to patients.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with patients.
• Maintain patient call records and coordinate with the internal team.
• Ensure a professional and courteous approach while communicating with patients.
