Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, generating leads, explaining products or services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain daily call records and update customer details in the CRM or Excel sheet.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Confident and convincing communication abilities.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Target\-oriented and self\-motivated.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
