• *Position Overview:** As a **US recruiter** you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment team in identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various positions. This entry\-level role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the basics of recruitment.

• *Experience:** Freshers

• *Job Location:** Phase 8 Industrial area, Mohali, Punjab (Onsite)

• *Night Shift (Timings):** 9PM to 6AM IST

• *Notes:**

• **For Females both side cab facility is available.**

• **The applicant shall commit to work for long term.**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Assist in sourcing potential candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.**
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation.
• Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks as needed.

• *Qualifications:**

• Any Graduation or Post Graduation.
• Strong interest in recruitment with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team\-oriented environment.
• Detail\-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹23,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
