No prior recruitment experience? No problem!

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and motivated freshers with strong English communication skills who want to build a career in the fast\-growing US Healthcare Staffing and Recruitment industry.

• *Experience:** Freshers are welcome!
• *Education:** Bachelor's degree preferred
• *Healthcare/Recruitment Experience:** Not mandatory. Complete training will be provided.

Your Role

You will be trained to

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
• Communicate with healthcare professionals in the US
• Screen candidates based on job requirements
• Understand healthcare job roles and requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow\-ups
• Maintain candidate information in our ATS
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
