• **Recruitment:** Manage the hiring process, including sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• **Employee Relations:** Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
• **Administration:** Maintain physical and digital personnel records, draft employment contracts, and gather data for payroll processing.
• **Performance \& Training:** Administer performance appraisal systems and coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• **Compliance:** Ensure all company policies align with local labor laws and employment regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
